Svein Atle Hagaseth is Founder and CEO of Heim Datacenter, a Nordic platform developing scalable, sustainable infrastructure for hyperscale, AI and high-performance computing. He previously spent nearly a decade at Green Mountain, serving as CEO, Chief Sales Officer and Global Chief Business Officer. During that period, he helped scale the company from a regional challenger into a recognized European data center platform, led major hyperscale customer engagements, delivered more than 300% revenue growth as CEO and secured Europe’s largest colocation agreement at the time. His experience spans strategy, commercial development, organizational transformation and large-scale execution across Europe and North America.
