Group Registration

Groups of 3 or more receive a 20% discount off the current rate for Standard Conference, and Industry Conference pass types!
All group discount registrations can be completed through the primary registration process. After entering the first registration, click the Add Registration button. All registrations must be input and purchased at the same time. Group discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Government & Non-Profit Organizations
Qualifying Government & Non-Profit organizations receive 25% off current rates. To validate your identification with a government agency or non-profit organization, contact our Registration Team at DataCenterWorldRegistration@informa.com.
Important Pass Notes
Pass Qualifications
Standard Conference passes are for qualified end-users only. A non-qualified registrant is a professional/company that fits the profile of an exhibitor/solution provider. Solution providers who want to attend should consider exhibiting or registering for an Industry Conference pass.
AFCOM Members
Please note that AFCOM membership renewals are prohibited via the Data Center World registration.
Promo Code Usage
Promo/discount codes may not be retroactively applied, may only be used for net-new registrations. Multiple promo codes or discount codes/offers cannot be used.
Show Policy
2026 Cancellation Dates and Fees
All cancellations must be received in writing. If you need to cancel your Data Center World EUROPE registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a €300 service charge, until 12 July 2026. Cancellations received between 13 July- 23 August 2026, will be refunded 50% of the cost of your pass and a €300 service charge. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after 24 August 2026, or for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitute in your place. Please email your cancellation or substitution request to DataCenterWorldRegistration@informa.com.
Data Center World is open to Data Center Professionals involved in the decision-making process for their company or organization. Data Center World reserves the right to decline and/or reclassify any registration that does not meet this criteria. Standard & Industry pass types are for qualified end-users only. A non-qualified registrant is a professional / company that fits the profile of sponsors & exhibitors. Solution Providers who would like to attend should consider exhibiting or purchasing an Industry Conference Pass. Show management reserves the right to make the final decision about qualification.
Program Changes
Informa, producers of Data Center World, reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Participation in all sessions and programs is on a first-come, first-served basis. Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited.
Age Limit
Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the premises at the event.
Americans with Disabilities Act
If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, interpreters or other reasonable accommodations while at the conference, please email our registration team (DataCenterWorldRegistration@informa.com) at least four weeks prior to the event date.
